Hotel Reservation Details for booking. You will need to find a roommate. One person will have to book the room. Make sure to add the other guests name to hotel reservation. IT’S YOUR RESONSIBLITY TO BOOK YOUR OWN ROOM and GUEST. Check in is Friday March 7th, after 3:00pm. Transportation is also your responsibility.
