2 Day ride from the Pahrump Nugget to Boulder City and back. 2 weekends before Thanksgiving. Visit the Hoover Dam Sunday. On Saturday ride over the Mountains and circumnavigate around the outside of North Las Vegas, past Lake Mead to the Rancho Grande in Boulder City. Sunday ride down to the Hoover Dam. Then take Gold Strike mine road to Jean Dry Lake. Or down to the Colorado River and El Dorado Canyon and the Tettiacup mine.
Onto Jean, Good Springs and the Spring Mountain Saloon. Easier Adventure Loops available that avoid 'most' sand. In 2025 the long day will be on Day 1. 200 miles with gas around 40 and 130.
The Ride is Nov 15 & 16. Monday visit the Death Valley Hot Springs in far eastern California. Go for a ride and explore old mines and visit the China Ranch Date Farm. Soak in the Hot Springs Monday night.
