Our first annual Highland piper competition, in honor of our good friend, Lary "Leghorn" Fowler. EUSPBA rules. Solo pipes. The competition will run during the last Saturday of Avalon Faire. Registrants enter the faire for free, with paid registration. Each registrant will receive an additional complimentary pass to Avalon Faire, good for Saturday, April 26 (the day of the competition).
