LarrEtude II:3-month study group in dance improvisation.

The artistic collaborators for this edition are
Laura Doeler (UK) and Peter Player (GR).
LarrEtude returns with an expanded second edition.
This three-month residential study and training program in dance improvisation is built around two five-week study sessions combining master classes, research labs, practice sharing, and the supported development of personal projects. Each session will be accompanied by a different invited artist (Peter Player in March and Laura Doeler in May)
In between the two study session, Larretude will include a 2 weeks session open to a larger public which will include a dance improvisation workshop (teachers to be announced soon) and an improvisation research gathering led by the participants of Larretude.
The program is fully residential, rooted in the daily collective life at Larret (cooking, gardening, care for the place) and enriched by a local community of artists, weekly floor work, yoga, Bmc, butoh classes, contact improvisation jams, visiting guest artists.
Each participant will also benefit from individual mentorship to support their research and creative process and a personal studio space slot each week.
LarrEtude is designed for experienced dancers,improvisers or performers looking for dedicated time and space to develop their own projects, integrate past experiences, reorient their path, or co-investigate in a collective environment. If you wonder if this program is for you please contact us!
