Welcome to Lark Lunch Break!
Free monthly networking for women who are self-employed or starting a business.
Lark Lunch Break is your monthly chance to step away from your laptop, share a meal, and connect with other women who understand what it’s like to build a business.
No pitches or pressure, just genuine conversation over lunch.
It’s a friendly, informal space for women business owners, especially those facing extra barriers like caring responsibilities, health conditions or low income, to take a breather, meet other women who understand the challenges of running a business, and feel encouraged to keep going.

Come as you are, no prep needed. It’s all about connection, conversation, and community.
Lark Lunch Break takes place at , which offers a lovely range of affordable food and drink. The café sits just next door to St Luke’s Church, where you’ll find co-working area.
If you’d like to work before or after the event, you can co-work there for £5 for four hours when attending Lunch Break.

We know that self-employment can be exciting but also challenging, especially if you’re balancing caring responsibilities, health conditions, or confidence barriers.
