From 1pm that afternoon, some events will be open to the public free of charge 🎉Taylor's Of Edinburgh will be ready to go, with the family bar area open from 1pm, music from Starlite and live entertainment from Annastaisyar at 6pm!! 🎤🎵.
This event will also include the grand arts and craft marquee. Please note we are not charging our marketeers to trade on this day as it is a trial and new to us all. We support local and new talented crafters and want to give them a chance to showcase their amazing products and gain valuable experience of a busy market and learn from seasoned and experienced crafters 🎨
N.b. the Viking village will not be open, as we are expecting most of our reenactors to arrive on the Friday, set up and be ready for the official opening at 10am on Sat 30th Aug.
