LaraconIN is the official Laravel conference—a community-led and community-driven conference centered around the Laravel framework, covering its development uses and related general software development topics.

Laravel is one of the most popular web development frameworks, having existed since 2011. It has consistently increased its user base among the technical and web development community.

LaraconIN 2025 will be a two-day affair. The conference is scheduled for 8-9 March 2025 at Science City Ahmedabad, Gujarat - https://www.instagram.com/p/DAQsvvvOuf6/.

Schedule

1. Sat 8 Mar 2025 - 9 am to 6 pm
2. Sun 9 Mar 2025 - 9 am to 6 pm

The conference ticket includes the following (for both days):

• Entry to the venue auditorium and conference.
• Lunch.
• Tea/Coffee and other refreshments.

We are also planning an after-party for the evenings, which will be announced later. The after-party is NOT included in the ticket price.

Tickets

The tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis, and the venue has a capacity of around 1400 to 1500 seats in total.

The ticket prices are as follows (covers both days):

1. Early Bird - ₹3499 per attendee. [Open for Sale]
2. Regular - ₹4499 per attendee. [Open for Sale]
3. Late Bird - ₹5999 per attendee.
4. Last Minute - ₹7999 per attendee

The prices mentioned above are exclusive of GST.

Note on GST Refund/Claim: According to government regulations, GST refunds apply exclusively to companies operating within Gujarat. As the place of supply aligns with Gujarat, our compliance with government regulations is imperative. Should you believe that GST refunds might be feasible for companies operating outside Gujarat, please direct your inquiry to [email protected]. We will investigate this matter further in consultation with our legal team to ascertain the possibilities. 

Note: There is no difference in each ticket type except the pricing. If you are a company and want to support LaraconIN, we request that you go for a "Regular" ticket. However, you are free to choose any ticket type that is available at the time of registration.
