LaraconIN is the official Laravel conference - a community-led and community-driven conference. The conference is centered around the Laravel framework, covering its development uses and related general software development topics.

Laravel is one of the most popular web development frameworks and has existed since 2011. It has consistently increased its user base amongst the technical and web development community.

LaraconIN 2024 will be a two-day affair. The conference is scheduled for 23-24 March 2024 at The Mewar Banquet, Udaipur, Rajasthan - https://www.instagram.com/p/CxkxN9XsoR8/

Schedule

1. Sat 23 Mar 2024 - 9 am to 6 pm
2. Sun 24 Mar 2024 - 9 am to 6 pm

The conference ticket includes the following (for both days):

• Entry to the venue auditorium and conference.
• Lunch.
• Tea/Coffee and other refreshments.

We are also planning an after-party for the evenings, which will be announced later. The after-party is NOT included in the ticket price.

Tickets

The tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and we have a capacity of around 900 to 1000 seats in total.

The ticket prices are as follows (covers both days):

1. Early Bird - ₹3000 per attendee. [Open for Sale]
2. Laravel Sponsored - ₹3000 per attendee. [33% Discount by Laravel] [Open for Sale]
3. Regular - ₹4500 per attendee. [Open for Sale]
4. Late Bird - ₹6500 per attendee.
5. Last Minute - ₹8000 per attendee
6. Last Moment (limited tickets) - ₹10000 per attendee

The prices mentioned above are exclusive of GST.

Note on GST Refund/Claim: According to government regulations, GST refunds apply exclusively to companies operating within Rajasthan. As the place of supply aligns with Rajasthan, our adherence to government regulations and compliance is imperative. Should you believe that GST refunds might be feasible for companies operating outside Rajasthan, please direct your inquiry to [email protected]. We will investigate this matter further in consultation with our legal team to ascertain the possibilities. 

Note: There is no difference in each ticket type except the pricing. If you are a company and want to support LaraconIN, we request you go for a "Regular" ticket. However, you are free to choose any available ticket type at the time of registration.

Cancellations and Refund

Unfortunately, once bought, the tickets cannot be canceled or refunded. However, you can transfer it to someone else. Please email us at [email protected] if you want to transfer your ticket to someone. Note that you will need to settle the money directly with the buyer.
