Welcome to the first ever Lapelooza! (We've done no research to support this claim). June 29th, 3 fantastic instructors will be coming down to the Retreat grounds to put on an amazing gi-based seminar. Camping/festivities/ food (potluck) to follow. >Kids and families welcome; please make sure kids are supervised.
>Event will be outside. UV covers/tarps will be placed over mats.
Instructors:
- Joe Bauserman (Head Instructor Sharkpit BJJ)
- Brad Sounders (Head of Round Table)
- Gannon Lang (Owner/Instructor @Nexus AJJ
Each instructor will teach an hour of their favorite techniques. Mat will be for open use after 2pm.
Cost:
- Cost of entry is free but it is suggested to donate $20; proceeds go to Grapple;4 Life.
Other events:
- Potluck: Feel free to bring a dish and drinks. We'll hang out after around the farm.
- Blackbelt promotion: Cory Shannon
Bad Weather Plan: If weather is too bad, seminar will be moved to Riverbend Front Royal. All other activities to resume at farm afterwards.
