เนื่องจากข้อจำกัดด้านสถานที่จัดคอนเสิร์ต ทางผู้จัดฯ ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า คอนเสิร์ต LANY - a beautiful blur: the world tour ในกรุงเทพฯ วันอาทิตย์ที่ 6 ตุลาคม มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานที่จัดคอนเสิร์ต ซึ่งเดิมกำหนดจะจัดขึ้นที่ Impact Challenger Hall จะถูกจัดขึ้นที่ยูโอบี ไลฟ์ ศูนย์การค้าเอ็มสเฟียร์ แทนสำหรับลูกค้าที่ซื้อบัตรคอนเสิร์ตที่จัดขึ้นที่ Impact Challenger Hall ทางผู้จัดและ Thaiticketmajor จะทำการคืนเงินให้ผู้ซื้อบัตรทุกท่าน โดยจะคืนค่าบัตรและค่าบริการไทยทิคเก็ตเมเจอร์ 30 บาท เท่านั้น ท่านจะได้รับพรีเซลส์โค้ดในวันที่ 26 เมษายน ผ่านทางอีเมล เพื่อซื้อบัตรเข้าชมคอนเสิร์ตใหม่ และเลือกที่นั่งได้ก่อนใคร ในการจำหน่ายบัตรในรอบพรีเซลส์ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 29 เมษายน เวลา 10:00 น. ถึง วันที่ 12 พฤษภาคม เวลา 22.00 น. ทาง ThaiticketMajor.com และไทยทิคเก็ตเมเจอร์ทุกสาขา / เปิดจำหน่ายบัตรทั่วไปตั้งแต่วันที่ 13 พฤษภาคม 2567 เวลา 10.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ที่ ThaiticketMajor.com และไทยทิคเก็ตเมเจอร์ทุกสาขา

ขั้นตอนการคืนเงิน:
- กรณีชำระด้วยเงินสด: (ลูกค้าโอนเงินผ่าน Application K Plus, Bualuang iBanking, ShopeePay, True Money และลูกค้าที่ซื้อผ่าน โลตัส, บิ๊กซี ชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิต/เดบิต) คืนบัตรการแสดงที่บูธ TTM 11 สาขาหลัก หรือ ส่งบัตรคืนทางไปรษณีย์ (กรณีลูกค้าที่อยู่ต่างจังหวัดหรือไม่สะดวกเดินทางมาคืนด้วยตนเอง) พร้อมแจ้งเลขที่บัญชีธนาคาร และ รับเงินสดคืนเข้าบัญชีธนาคารภายใน 15 วันทำการ
- ชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต/เดบิต : ไม่ต้องนำบัตรมาคืน บริษัทฯ จะทำการคืนวงเงินกลับยังบัตรเครดิต/เดบิตใบที่ใช้ชำระ ภายใน 2 รอบบิล

We regret to inform you that due to venue challenges, Live Nation Tero and LANY wish to advise that the venue for LANY: a beautiful blur Asia Tour concert in Bangkok on Sunday 6 October has been changed.
The concert, originally scheduled to take place at Impact Challenger Hall, will now be held at UOB Live (at Emsphere).
Please be advised that all tickets purchased for the original venue will be cancelled and all ticket purchasers will receive a refund through their original payment method.
To proceed your refund, please contact ThaiTicketMajor for refunds between 24 April 2024 and 12 May 2024 at any of the 11 standalone ThaiTicketMajor outlets. For more information, please visit thaiticketmajor.com or contact the call centre at 02 262 3456 or e-mail [email protected].
All persons who purchased tickets for the original venue for LANY: a beautiful blur Asia Tour in Bangkok, will receive a pre-sale code via email, Presale will be open between 29 April 2024 at 10am to 12 May 2024 at 10pm, enabling them to purchase tickets for the rescheduled venue via ThaiticketMajor.com and thaiticketmajor outlets.
General sale tickets will be available to everyone starting from May 13, 2024, from 10 am onwards at ThaiticketMajor.com and thaiticketmajor outlets.
Remark:
Refunds for tickets paid for in cash: Reimbursement will be transfer money to your bank account within 15 business days.
Refunds for tickets paid for by credit/debit card: Reimbursement will be back to your credit/debit card within 2 billing statements.
