metodologia sviluppata da 30 anni di lavoro ed esperienza da Alona Peretz aiuta ad ampliare la capacità di stare nel momento presente ed effettuare scelte respons-abili.
Lavoreremo sulla relazione, lo spazio, il tempo e le diverse possibilità di espressione per ampliare la nostra capacità di compiere scelte libere e consapevoli nel momento presente esprimendoci con voce, movimento e parola.
Adatto a chi ha voglia di sperimentare e creare.
non è necessaria esperienza di testro o movimento.
venire vestiti comodi, lavoreremo senza scarpe, portare calzini.

The inner space, outer space, and the space between the two.
Introductory workshop on the Language of Presence metology.
This methodology developed from 30 years of work and experience by Alona Peretz helps expand the capacity to be in the present moment and make respons-able choices.
We will work on relationship, space, time and different possibilities of expression to expand our ability to make free and conscious choices in the present moment by expressing ourselves with voice, movement and speech.
Suitable for those who feel like experimenting and creating.
no theatre or movement experience is necessary.
come dressed comfortably, we will work without shoes, bring socks.

from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break, which can be shared in the studio or there are several options for lunch in the area.

about Alona Peretz
Alona Peretz is an international teacher of improvisation and expression, performer, and healer. With an M.A. in Education & Improvisation and as a former student of Ruth Zaporah (Action Theater, 1990), she created The Harega Method – The Language of Presence. She leads workshops, seminars, and personal development processes worldwide, guided by her belief that “only in the present moment can we heal the past and create the future.”
Alona Peretz è un'insegnante internazionale di improvvisazione ed espressione, performer e healer. Con un master in Educazione e Improvvisazione e come ex allieva di Ruth Zaporah (Action Theater, 1990), ha creato il Metodo Harega - Il linguaggio della presenza. Conduce workshop, seminari e processi di sviluppo personale in tutto il mondo, guidata dalla convinzione che “solo nel momento presente possiamo guarire il passato e creare il futuro”.
