About this Event
In relaxed outdoor settings, we run a number of home education groups, where children can be themselves and work together to develop social skills, and to foster a deep understanding of wildlife and a love of the natural world. Activities may include den building, woodland crafts, using tools, and fire lighting.
Events run in blocks and take place every Monday from 25 November to 9 December (except 11 and 18 November)
Dates: 25 November, 2, 9 December (3 weeks).
Suitable for children aged 4-11. Meeting instructions will be sent on booking. Toilets are available at the Langdon Nature Discovery Centre. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
We are trialing a 10% discount on all sibling tickets and have a limited number of places available for families in receipt of universal credit. We may be able to offer free taster sessions and shorter blocks of sessions priced at £8 per week. To find out more please email our Wilder Learning Officer at the email address below.
Advance booking is essential. You only need to book a place for the child, not for the accompanying adult or any siblings under the age of 4. Please come dressed for the weather as the sessions will be fully outdoors each week.
