Back by popular demand, inveterate Indiana road tripper and self-proclaimed gadabout Evan Finch shares amusing takes on the state’s quirky roadside attractions and out-of-the-way landmarks—from muffler men and myopic pink elephants to limestone cartoon prizefighters—during an illustrated talk at Indiana Landmarks Center. At an early age, Finch was fascinated by the roadside novelties he would spot out the back window on family trips. At a somewhat less early age, he began seeking out those landmarks himself—learning their stories and sharing his newfound knowledge with anyone who would listen. When not wandering the byways of Indiana, Finch works for CVR, an Indianapolis-based advertising, marketing, and PR agency.
