Landmark Creamery Dinner Collaboration - Wednesday, October 2We are so excited to welcome Anna Landmark, owner and cheese maker, and Co-Founder Anna Thomas Bates from the award-winning Landmark Creamery. This dinner features several cheeses that they have made using our spices and we couldn’t be more thrilled to feature them in dishes and share their brilliant talents!
Menu Highlights:
* Tasting of the evenings' cheeses
* Anabasque, Jamon Iberico, pan con tomate, Bomba spiced olives
* Carpaccio of lamb, Herbes de Provence rubbed fontina, fennel, olive, orange
* Pipit-filled crespelle, bitter greens, apple, celeriac, sherry vinaigrette, rebel miel
* Grilled loin of beef, toasted brioche, Umamier rubbed fontina, roasted mushrooms, wilted greens, reduction sauce
* Brebis ice cream, Door County cherries, honey, pistachios, Antica spiced sugar cookie
Optional drink pairing, as well as a curated selection of wine, spirit and spirit-free cocktails available
