Join us Saturday August 30TH at Raccoon River for our first WOD of our Outdoor Series. This is a members favorite.The one workout that you will be given the chance to get in the water. Battle 3 different terrains... Land, Sand, and Water.
There will be option for dryland workout only but expect to run, "play" in the sand and swim. The workout is "For Time" and usually lasts about 20-30 minutes. We will brief, warm-up, and explain all standards of the movements on site.
Bring towel, tennis shoes, maybe water shoes. You do not have to swim if you are not comfortable we will have a scaling option.
