Prepare to be transported to The Land of the Rising Sun and experience an enchanting Prom inspired by the captivating art and culture of Japan. The Las Vegas Homeschool Dance Committee delights in transforming the venue into a dreamlike setting for area homeschoolers 13+.
Our 2024 Spring Formal will have students stepping into the artisty of vibrant lanterns, cherry blossoms and the grace of this ancient culture as they create memories that will last a lifetime.
Students will be greeted by the beats of professional DJ next to the LED dance floor that blend seamlessly with the awe-inspiring atmosphere and stage adorned with a breathtaking backdrop.
Students will have opportunities to pose with friends and capture timeless memories at our photo booth, adorned with stunning Japanese-inspired props allowing them to preserve the magic of the evening for years to come. Additional photography opportunities will be available throughout the night.
*As always all pictures will be made available for download at no additional charge the week following the dance.
The menu will be thoughtfully curated, ensuring a fusion of traditional dance favorites and modern Japanese delights that will allow them to indulge their taste buds in mouthwatering sushi, yakisoba, matcha-flavored treats and scrumptious mochi desserts served buffet style.
This is a FORMAL event!
Formal attire may be classified as sleek attire infused with a touch of Japanese flair icluding: dress, ball gown, tuxedo, suit with matching pants or skirt, including a tie or bow tie, a dress shirt, which may include a vest or cummerbund. Capture the essence of the theme with stylish fans and traditional accessories, adding a touch of authenticity to your FORMAL look.
This IS NOT a cosplay event. Please no costumes.
*Keep in mind no bare feet allowed in the venue so make sure footwear is comfortable.
No jeans, athletic wear, shorts, t-shirts, or ripped pants will be allowed to entry. Please adhere to the dress code so you are not left outside.
Paid RSVP is required for entry. Due to the popular demand arrangements to accommodate 185 students have been made. This is a drop off event for students. Will be chaperoned.
All tickets sales will end when dance is sold out or on May 8th at 5pm. No tickets will be sold day of the event. All ticket sales are final and NO REFUNDS are issued. Tickets can be purchased thru Venmo or CashApp ONLY. Please include your students full name and age in payment.
Please contact Dance Committee for all resale of tickets. Physical tickets will be handed out at the door.
