In this workshop we will create art using the natural materials around us. Through hands-on exploration, participants will use locally sourced, natural elements like stones, leaves, twigs, and flowers to create ephemeral artworks. As we work in a collaborative space, we will build art and a sense of community, fostering a deeper appreciation for the environment and the resources it provides.
The workshop emphasizes sustainability, encouraging mindful art-making that respects and honors the Earth— perfect for those seeking to reconnect with nature, reduce stress, and find balance.

Hosted by Nico:
Artist / Facilitator
Nico Shea is a multidisciplinary artist. She studied experimental film at CalArts (’17), where she began exploring the idea that art is a language of the unconscious. This interest deepened during her pursuit of a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology at Columbia University's Spirit, Mind, Body Institute (’22), where the teachings of Carl Jung profoundly influenced her approach to both art and healing. It was here that Nico realized true healing—both personal and collective—emerges when we confront our shadows, and that art can serve as a tool for this vital integration.
With a deep appreciation for the intersection of nature, creativity, spirituality, and psychology, Nico aims to create spaces where others can unlock their own creative potential and thrive in community. Her work is a testament to the profound connection between artistic expression and personal transformation.
