To celebrate our unique building, we’re holding a special interactive anniversary tour for one evening only on Friday 14th November. Take a guided tour around some of our hidden areas, while learning about the architectural history, looking at some of the key design features, and hearing Lancashire Sound Archive recordings of members of staff talking about the building when it first opened in 1975.
Marvel at this wonderful example of modernist architecture and its surviving original features - purpose built to house 900 years of Lancashire's written heritage - with original plans on display.
There will be refreshments with a 70s twist.
Adult £2.50. Children go free. Booking required.
