Your friendly tutor, Annie, is passionate about conscious living and would love to help you upcycle and breathe new life into your existing lampshades. If you have an old shade or lamp base you’d like to revamp, feel free to bring it along — Annie will share some tips and tricks to help you make it shine again. She also encourages you to bring any fabric you’d like to recycle, so you can make your piece truly special.

Parking: There’s parking at the Nursery.
Fabric Options: We offer a range of beautiful fabrics from Australian designers, starting at just $10. Or, feel free to bring your own natural fibre fabric (30x100cm) to make your lampshade uniquely yours.
Gifting a Seat: Looking for a thoughtful gift? Seats are available for purchase as gifts — just contact Annie before the workshop to arrange it.
Refreshments: Enjoy delicious, healthy snacks and great coffee/tea as part of your ticket.
No Prior Skills Required: Don’t worry if you’ve never made a lampshade before — we’ll guide you every step of the way. Some manual dexterity is needed, but it’s a skill that everyone can learn.
