Meet the host
Not only is Mel Howells is a great workshop leader and skilled crafter, creating a range of homewares which she has sold online and at local fairs, but she is a mentor for our young people at Life Chance Trust. These skills combined make her the perfect host to lead this enjoyable workshop.
What you’ll need: You’ll be making a 30cm diameter lampshade, so half a metre of fabric (if you don’t have any fabric, don’t worry, we can provide it)
The fabric will need to be cotton or linen, not stretchable material.
Workshop organised by:
Life Chance Trust is a Devon based charity, supporting young people between 16-25 who have experienced past challenges or trauma.
Mel is kindly gifting her time to us, so that we can raise much needed funds for our organisation.
