Spend the morning with Susy from I Just Love That Fabric, as she guides you step by step through the process of making your very own professionally finished lampshade.You will learn:
How to measure and size up your lampshade
How to make a lampshade to fit an existing base or pendant light
How to cut, measure, stick fabric and trim
What’s included:
3 hours of professional tuition including a full demonstration
2 lampshade sizes to choose from (small and medium)
Adhesive paper
Double sided tape
Glue
Scissors and ruler
Trim for inside your shade
Adaptor for 29mm or 4mm fitting
Light refreshments (gluten free / vegan)
You will need to bring/supply:
1/2m of cotton fabric available in store on or before the day of workshop (approx $14)
* Additional kits and fabric will be available to purchase on the day so you can make more at home.
This class is perfect for beginners – no prior experience is needed.
