LAMPS Yoga & Integration Circle

Come join us for a relaxing and enlightening experience at Zula Den, brought to you by the Los Angeles Medicinal Psychedelics Society (LAMPS)!

Our LAMPS Yoga & Integration Circle is a gathering of like-minded individuals looking to find balance and harmony in their lives through intentional movement and conscious connection.

Connect with your body and relax your mind through a series of yoga poses guided by Lacey White. This movement practice will be accessible to beginners, so no yoga experience is required.

Then we will hold an integration circle where folks can share about a recent entheogenic experience that they wish to process and integrate. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded others and make new friends!

FACILITATORS

Lacey White is a certified yoga instructor and psychedelic integration coach. She's a partner to the LAMPS team, supporting various projects such as educational events and training programs, conferences, and documentaries. She deeply believes in the potential that psychedelic substances have to facilitate growth, healing, and connection, especially when paired with integration practices. In her various roles in the psychedelic space, she is dedicated to educating on the safe, ethical, and responsible use of these substances.

Brad Adams, PhD is the Founder and CEO of LAMPS, which was started in 2015. He received his PhD in Counseling Psychology at USC, and has been a staunch advocate for the responsible study and use of psychedelic medicines for over a decade. He is currently focusing on developing and co-teaching an IFS-based training program for psychedelic sitters, as well as a major psychedelic conference in Los Angeles this October!
