About this Event
Join us in our back taproom at 284 Broadway as we come together with our friends at MEM Tea and ATASK to bring you an evening of cozy, delicious brews– both the beer and tea varieties! The tea experts at MEM will guide us through the world of tea, teaching us more about its origins, as well as demonstrating key steeping and preparation techniques. Plus, each tea will be paired with a unique, single-origin honey - how sweet is that!
This fun, interactive tasting class is your chance to dive deeper into the flavor inspiration behind our newest collaboration beer release, Chrysalis, a golden ale brewed with jasmine tea and silk tree honey - brewed with and inspired by our friends ATASK.
Along with the tea and honey tasting, our lead brewer, Grace, will take us through the unique processes we use to make a beer with special tea & honey ingredients. You'll even get to try the new brew!
Each ticket is for one person and includes:
-Full access to the class
-A tasting flight of four distinct tea varieties curated by MEM
-Four perfectly paired honey samples
-One full 12oz pour of our new beer, Chrysalis
Plus, a portion of ticket proceeds will be donated to support ATASK's incredibly important work bringing hope to Pan-Asian survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence. You're also welcome to add a donation to ATASK to further support this incredible non-profit organization in our community.
We have a limited number of spots available for this special evening, grab your tickets now before they sell out.
