This superb summer trail event will take place in the truly outstanding private grounds of the Lambton Estate, Chester-le-street, County Durham on 17th August. The estate is owned by the Earl Of Durham and this hidden gem is closed to the general public (except on Sundays for nature walks). Our runs will allow you to experience the estate in all its glory with some jaw-dropping scenery and, if you are lucky, some actual Wild Deers!
There will be 5, 10 and 15 mile routes, all on mixed terrain with some rough trails, firm paths and some cross-country type fields.
The courses are moderately undulating, and you will spend time on trails, paths, woodland tracks, fields and some brief spells on the estate roads.
All runners will receive an event Medal, Wild Deer merchandise, a snack and a drink. There is also the option to buy an event T-shirt for £12.00 when you sign up.
