
About this Event
While we've hosted our fair share of whole animal butchery classes, our lamb breakdown is our most frequently requested demo. This workshop is great for all avid home cooks, hunters, professional chefs or just those interested in learning something new. We'll be talking ethical sourcing, unique terminology and basic lamb anatomy, while demonstrating a full breakdown from nose to tail. You'll walk away with the expertise to distinguish your favorite cuts from your favorite butcher case (hopefully ours!), as well as some tried and true methods for preparing a lovely feast of your own.
This class will be a demonstration/discussion only class. So you get to sit back, take some notes and drool over all the glorious cuts. We'll be snacking along the way too!
