I am a Lamaze Childbirth Educator and a Birth- and Postpartum Doula. I am creating this event to talk about:
- Pregnancy
- Nutrition
- Birth Plan
- Comfort Measures during Labor
- Signs that Labor started
- Breastfeeding
- Postpartum care
Everyone who is pregnant is welcome and if their partners want to join, they are welcome, too.
In-person investment: 700 kr
Online investment: 400 kr
The event will be 2 hours, but I will be present to answer all your questions.
