Full description:
This funded Wellbeing Course is to support your physical and mental health through nourishing practices in nature that are proven to create impact. A simple and accessible way to relax, feel restored and revitalised in nature.
The morning will involve mindful practice outside and/or in the yurt and also an active practice such as tai chi or wild yoga; nature connection and stretching. You will be encouraged to look after your own body in this, listening to what feels right for you to stay safe and comfortable.
There will be opportunity for discussion and reflection in the group and in pairs.
The afternoon will be for creative practice, including natural art and craft. It is a way of becoming more familiar with the natural environment, and as with all creativity, allows often unseen parts of ourselves to be expressed. This can be helpful time to process anything that arises from the morning's mind & body practices.
There is no obligation to take part in anything, you can see how you feel on the day.
