Join us for our SUPTEMBER meeting of the SUP(PER) Club on Sept 4th For September's meeting we will gather at the picnic shelter near the kayak launch at the Lake Brandt Marina between 530-6pm. We'll enjoy supper together, have a quick meeting, then once the food is cleaned up, we will launch (7:00ish) and paddle out to enjoy the sunset (8:00pm) out on the water. Then paddle back at dusk, pack up, and head home, concluding our evening.
Things to Bring: Dinner (for yourself or to share - your choice), beverages, a paddle board, SUP paddle, and PFD (required to be worn, properly, while on the water), as well as a headlamp or flashlight to see to pack up, as it's usually dark once we get back to shore.
If you'd like to join us but do not currently have a paddleboard, SUP boards and gear (PFDs and SUP paddles) are available for purchase or to rent from the shop. (https://www.shopgetoutdoors.com/kayaksup-rentals.htm).
