Next Summer Outdoor Sound Immersion: June 29, 9am-10amRelax into deep calm and rejuvenation through the tranquil fusion of nature and melodic, soothing sound frequencies. During this tension-releasing self care experience, you immerse yourself in deep sound vibrations, resonating at specific tones and frequencies for increased mind-body balance. Jennifer will guide you into the experience with a guided meditation, followed by an ethereal mix of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rattles, Native American flute, and live voice.
When you sink into a sound bath, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting to a more relaxed state, or even a dreamlike state.
The sounds introduced during a sound bath are an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
