Lakeshore & SkanStrength Little Leaguer ClinicsIn partnership with SkanStrength, Lakeshore Little League presents pre-season skills clinics designed to support our fundraising efforts and provide additional practice opportunities during April when field access is limited.
These clinics are limited to Lakeshore Little Leaguers, only.
Program Overview:
Our mission is to create more opportunities for young athletes to develop their skills and foster a lasting love for baseball and softball. These 1-day clinics help Lakeshore Little Leaguers prepare for a successful season while supporting grassroots, non-profit, volunteer-based youth sports organizations.
Skills Focus:
Each clinic will cover essential fundamentals including:
-Comprehensive fielding and throwing instruction focusing on proper mechanics and repetition
-Engaging hitting drills designed to build confidence and develop consistent swing patterns
-Interactive wiffle ball sessions simulating game situations to prepare players for competitive play
Dates & Age Groups:
-Registration for March clinics will be opened in February, 2025
*Additional clinics may be added based on demand & participation levels*
Majors Baseball:
-Clinic #1: January 11th, 2025 | 11:00-12:15PM
-Clinic #2: March 1st, 2025 | 11:00-12:15PM
Minors Baseball:
-Clinic #1: January 11th, 2025 | 12:30-1:45PM
-Clinic #2: March 1st, 2025 | 12:30-1:45PM
Majors & Minors Softball:
-Clinic #1: February 8th, 2025 | 11:00-12:15PM
-Clinic #2: March 29th, 2025 | 11:00-12:15PM
Tee-Ball & Coach Pitch:
-Clinic #1: January 25th, 2025 | 11:00-12:15PM
-Clinic #2: March 15th, 2025 | 11:00-12:15PM
Program Details:
-Cost: $35.00 per clinic
-Participant Cap: 12-15 players per session
Required Equipment:
-Athletic shoes (sneakers or turf shoes - NO CLEATS)
-Baseball/softball glove
-Batting helmet (if available - limited extras on hand)
-Face mask (required for softball players, we have extra if needed!)
-Baseball/softball bat (if available)
-Water bottle (optional - water provided)
