A long weekend (4th July to 6th July 2025) of swimming around the Lake District in various spots, no fixed agenda, just a chance to swim some more of the lake district with like minded people. There will be mixed abilities so hopefully something for everyone. Note: this is not an organised event as such, just a bunch of people meeting up, so everyone swims at their own risk and makes their own decisions. Some of us have booked into a Youth Hostel near Buttermere and some may camp or stay in a pub. We will be based in the Northern Lakes and may take in some of the Southern spots on the way up to the lakes and on the way back down. You don't have to come for all of the weekend, just come when you want / can, feel free to stay longer. There maybe opportunities to share accommodation, please ask if you want to do this. We can organise meet up points and the kind of swims people want to do nearer the time, but there will be PLENTY to go at.
