Please see the notice below, which I regret did not get to you; regardless, since you called, only a few minutes ago, nine others have called making inquiries about space for the November 11, 2023 date. Just for your future reference, the arts and crafts vendor space sell-out quickly. So, even if the November 11, 2023 date had not been postponed and rescheduled, all of the people that have just called, including you, would have missed out.
As it is, this surge of interest has moved the rescheduling process forward. We are now scheduled for Saturday, March 16, 2024. Many of the Vendors that had previously already signed up for the Lakeland event, are on standby awaiting the new date, but we still have a few spaces left. You will serve yourself better if you take action sooner than later. Standard Exhibitor Booth Space (inline location): 10' wide X 8' deep (pending space availability 10' wide X 10' deep) with one 8' high backdrop drapery and one 3' high side-divider drapery including one 8" skirted table/linens; one waste basket; 2 chairs 2 Exhibitor Badges; and one booth identity sign (42" wide X 7" high). Additional complimentary chairs and Exhibitor Badges available upon request. Rental Cost: $800.00
Premium Booths are corner locations: Same as standard exhibitor booth space, only a corner booth location. Rental Cost: $900.00
Non-Binding Exhibitor Application: Although non-binding it is still important because the date and time the Application is submitted determines the Exhibitor Candidates PRIORITY STATUS as to: early-bird exhibitor space discount rates; exhibitor booth location in the main Exhibit Hall; scheduling preference for guest speaker presentation participation; etc. Events sometimes "sell-out" quickly so Candidates are urged to complete and submit their Application sooner than later because your Application may put you ahead of others and preserve an exhibitor space even though Exhibitor Candidate may have not yet reserved exhibitor space (No Credit Card Required to Submit an Application)
