Arrive early to allow time for parking and walking over to the lakefront location.
- 8:30 am: Arrive
- 8:45 am: Take 5 or10mg treat (if purchased)
- 9:00 am: Devotional
- 9:10 am: Yoga class begins
- 10:00 am: Class ends
What to Bring:
- Mat
- Water
- Props - Blocks, Strap, etc. (optional)
