Meet at 8.30 am near the corner of Lake Street and Safety Bay Road, Rockingham, opposite the Naragebup Environmental Centre on the western side of Lake Richmond. The walk around the lake will take 2 to 3 hours. One hundred and twenty-five species have been recorded at the lake, including a number of raptors. Another interesting feature of the lake is the thrombolites.
Bring a chair and morning tea to have while the bird list is compiled.
