🚨 Attention Local Builders & Trade Businesses! 🚨As many of you may know, there’s been growing interest in creating a more localized Home Builders Association here in the Lake of the Ozarks region. While the Home Builders Association of Central Missouri currently serves our area, it’s clear that there’s a need for a chapter dedicated specifically to our community.

Tony Otto of Otto Construction and Cloke Custom Homes have been working closely with the Home Builders Association of Central Missouri to get this local chapter off the ground, and we’re excited to share that they’ve given us their full support. 💪
In January, we had over 15 local builders gather to discuss the formation of the Lake of the Ozarks Home Builders Association, and the response was overwhelming! Now, we’re ready to take the next step — and we want YOU to be part of it!
