Let's unite for a community trail day and actively contribute to the maintenance of the Lake Manawa trails to create a positive impact. No prior experience is required. Let's collaborate on mowing and trimming the trails! We will gather for a safety briefing and task assignments at 8:00 AM. We aim to complete the work around Noon. What you should bring to trail work days: Closed-toe shoes, ideally a work or hiking boot. Clothes appropriate for the weather and working outdoors. Sunscreen and bug spray for the conditions. Water and a water container.
All volunteers must complete waivers for both Lake Manawa Park and THOR Trails on the day of the event.
