Glorelys Mora is headed back to the East Coast but before she leaves LA she’s doing one last show: Laid Off… Again.
Glorelys takes the chaos of work, corporate politics, and her disdain for return-to-office mandates and turns them into comedy that feels way too real. Because it is. From telling a coworker she “can’t raise a grown man at work” to coming back from “unlimited PTO” just to get laid off and figure out how to use the EDD website — she’s sharing her raw feelings on what it’s been like to have a job for 12 years.
Half stand-up, half rant, fully therapeutic. If you’ve ever been chewed up by corporate life or are currently collecting unemployment checks this one’s for you. Share the invite on Slack and don’t call out sick for this show.

ABOUT GLORELYS MORA
Glorelys Mora’s comedy style is built on homegirl humor, unwavering bravado, and plot twist storytelling. She’s been featured in Netflix Is a Joke: Comic to Watch, was a finalist in the HBO Latino Stand-Up Competition, and has performed at The Stand, Hollywood Improv, Stand Up New York, and West Side Comedy Club. On screen, she’s appeared in three award-winning films (B is for Bachata, When Big People Lie, We’re Not Married Yet), with We’re Not Married Yet now streaming on Tubi. She’s also appeared in Prank U (where she pranked Saweetie) and VICE.
Glorelys has built a strong digital following with 23K+ on Instagram, 40K+ on TikTok, and millions of views on her Rihanna impressions, Netflix sets, and podcast clips. A quintessential Gemini — quick-witted, unpredictable, and a little too honest — she’s entering her new era of funemployment, and it’s going to be very interesting.
