?️ Friday, August 22 – Colonial Allies Challenge Cup – Game 2
? Blue Rock Polo Arena, Washington, VA
? 5:00–8:00 PM
?️ FREE General Admission – come early to grab a spot
This military polo match honors the Franco-American alliance and features U.S. and French players. Sponsors and players have reserved tailgating, but there’s plenty of space in General Admission for blankets and chairs.

Lafayette breakfasted here in 1825 – now you can too! Family-friendly, open to the public.
? Noon – Downtown Culpeper Civic Celebration
Hosted in part by Culpeper Renaissance Inc., Visit Culpeper VA, and Museum of Culpeper History.
? Performances by both Culpeper high school bands at the Depot!
?️ Period exhibits, passport scavenger hunt, family fun, and walking tours.
? Evening – Grand Lafayette Ball

Opening with a historic procession led by “Lafayette and Washington” presenting colors alongside First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry and the 1st Virginia Cavalry.
