Ladies Wine & Yoga Christmas Party (E14YogaCoach)
Join us for a festive evening of yoga and wine at Dockland Settlements No.2.
This in-person event is the perfect way to unwind and celebrate the holiday season with friends. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this party is for you!
Let's flow through some relaxing poses and then enjoy a glass of wine together and some yummy snacks. Don't miss out on this fun and festive event and dont forget to take home your Christmas Goody Bag.
If you simply want the yoga - then I will have soft drinks
If you are exhausted and need to lie down with a blanket and a pillow and have a glass of wine and zero movement - thats fine by me
If you want a glass of wine before we practise yoga and then a really long relaxation then thats fine too.
And if you have a ridiculous amount of energy and want to sing along and simply dance to the Christmas tunes I'm cool with that as well.
Dont forget your hat, your tinsel, your Xmas leggings and anything else festive.
Join on your own or with friends - its women only- because what happens at yoga - stays at yoga!
