Ladies Who Lead: A celebration of community, empowerment and talent in our Latin Dance Community. Our very first edition is focused on bringing you the best in the world of Bachata!
In conjunction with our 11th year anniversary this event will be a transformative training experience focused on connection, conversation, growth, and awareness.
The weekend will foster an inclusive and supportive environment geared at expanding the skills of dancers, and assist in leveling up the community’s understanding and connection to Bachata, from its roots, to its evolution.
Our aim is to empower the community by showcasing the incredible impact that women have in our Latin dance scene. It is not about lead or follow, men or women. It’s about dancers that are equipped with the right tools to do it all!
The mission is to cultivate a space where friendships, camaraderie and unity will create lasting memories and connections.
Through a weekend of workshops, discussions, bootcamp and dancing, Ladies Who Lead will provide the opportunity for dancers of all levels to learn from some influential women leaders who have and continue to affect massive change in both the local and global Latin dance community.
