Do you struggle with back pain? Shoulder pain? Aches, niggles & the odd stiff neck? If you do - this work shop is for you! Aimed at a complete beginner level (ie stiff 😳) we will work through a series of mobility & Pilates moves to get you loose. As well as being able to transfer to your lifeWorkshop Info:
A 2 hour workshop for women only.
This is a set at a complete beginner pace.
Through the two hours, we will work through our bodies (from head to toe) targeting different places where we hold stress and tension. Whilst also looking at how fundamental core work can strengthen our pelvic floors.
We will work through our:
Necks
Shoulders
Upper back
Lower back
Hips
(Whilst engaging our cores)
Finishing with a relaxation & guided mediatation. Leaving you feeling fully relaxed and refreshed 🥰
