Free Shirt Deadline: March 23, 2025
Registration Closes: April 6, 2025 (or when sold out)
No refunds, but transfers are allowed.
Athletes under 18 require a parent/guardian waiver and presence.
Divisions & Scoring
Junior (12–20): Wilks coefficient scoring
Masters (40+): Wilks coefficient scoring
Open (21–39): Total of best squat, bench, and deadlift
Weight Classes: Under 125, 145, 170, 195 lbs, and 195+ lbs
Event Details
Lifts: Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift (3 attempts each)
Open to all skill levels—no experience necessary!
$5 from every entry benefits Compete for a Cure.
Equipment Rules
Allowed: Comfortable clothing, single-ply singlets, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, belts, and lifting shoes.
Not Allowed: Multi-ply singlets, knee wraps, or baggy clothing.
Athlete Check-In
Check-in from 7:30–8:30 AM on event day to weigh in and provide opening attempts. Rules will be sent to all participants beforehand.
