Listen up Ladies – Together She Grows and Women Supporting Women Coventry have an awesome Halloween event for WOMEN of Coventry and surrounding areas.
As October is domestic violence awareness month, we are joining with Sheena Lennon and her ladies at Women Supporting Women Coventry to host a Ladies night on the 17th of October 2026 – to raise money towards a Coventry based domestic violence charity that houses victims – Valley House.
There has been an increase in domestic violence in Coventry, with a total of nearly 10,000 cases since 2020. But further to that, they have cut the funding for further domestic violence refuges, which is absurd, considering the cases are rising on a daily basis. On average, 75 women A WEEK die at home at the hands of an abuser, and the council want to stop this funding?! If we can help save just 5 of these women, then that is what we aim to do!
With the majority of the ladies from both groups having experienced domestic violence, whether personally or watching a family member go through it, this is the perfect charity to raise funds for.

🗣 - Guest Speakers, from a victim's perspective and a mother of a victim's perspective
There will also be a raffle on the night and a drinks tombola throughout the night, as another way to raise some money for a cause close to a lot of lady's hearts💜
