2 x 90 mins Ladies Latin Styling Workshops with the incredible Victoria Martin from Burn the Floor, Dancing with the Stars Italy, Tango Passions, Strictly Theatre Co and more!!!Come and find your inner diva as we host 2 x 90 mins workshops aimed at improving your body movement and confidence.
12pm to 1.30pm - Improvers - focusing on foot placement, hip movement, arm styling and confidence on the floor.
2pm to 3.30pm - Intermediate - body isolations, spinning, floor craft and some great choreography to finish
If you are a Latin dancer, no matter which your preferred style, you will need to learn to move your body with elegance, grace, energy & flow. Ladies specifically need to master the art of body isolations (moving individual parts of their body at will) and often there isn't sufficient time in a regular class to focus on this, especially with the men present. Therefore we take an opportunity to meet separately and focus on the movement of the lady's body.
