Chef: Chef Michael Jay is originally from the UK and trained at London's luxury hotel, The Savoy. He has cooked for royalty such as King Charles and Queen Noor of Jordan, as well as many celebrities. Chef Michael prides himself in making everything from scratch and only using the highest quality, authentic ingredients (most of which is imported from the UK).
