Blended workout - group workout, stations etc - expect A Full body workout - Punch Bag, Barbell, Dumbbell's, Powerbag, Kettle Bells, Slam Balls just to name a few - not just body weight exercises and yes it will still be fun - TURN IT UP TUESDAY'S
Ample Free Parking - please be considerate to others when parking:-)
Block Monthly booking passes and single class passes available and welcome. The class format changes every calendar month.
