Doing yoga and breathwork, even for small periods of time, will help you bring your mind to stillness, release tension in your body and nourish your spirit. It will help you feel replenished and provide you with energy to take care of the people in your life (branches).

CAREN SEXTON'S BIO
A dedicated wife, mother and Yoga Teacher. I transitioned from a career in Human Resources to being a Yoga Teacher because I enjoy helping people feel better (body, mind and spirit) through yoga. We live busy lives and have thousands of thoughts per day. Teaching Yoga allows me to help people take a break from the busyness of their lives, in order to focus on building strength, flexibility and peace of mind, at their own pace. I enjoy doing yoga as a Student and I love sharing my light with others as a Yoga Teacher.
