DISCUSSION
Discover the power and joy of movement through yoga! This interactive discussion will focus on Hatha Yoga, breathwork and Chair Yoga (definitions, benefits and demos). You’re welcome to participate in some Chair Yoga poses with the use of visual demos, verbal cues, hands-on adjustments (optional and with permission) and fully experience how the poses feel in your body, mind and spirit. Breathe deeply, move at your own pace and have fun!
Disclaimer: * If you have any health issues, please consult with your Doctor FIRST, to make sure he or she feels it's safe for you to do Chair Yoga. * Wear pants and loose/comfortable clothing and bring cool or warm water * Participants can take breaks and sip water any time they need it

ABOUT CAREN SEXTON
Hi, my name is Caren Sexton...dedicated wife, mother and Yoga Teacher. I transitioned from a career in Human Resources to being a Yoga Teacher because I enjoy helping people feel better (body, mind and spirit) through yoga. We live busy lives and have thousands of thoughts per day. Teaching Yoga allows me to help people take a break from the busyness of their lives, in order to focus on building strength, flexibility and peace of mind, at their own pace. I enjoy doing yoga as a Student and I love sharing my light with others as a Yoga Teacher.
