My expertise is about regulating the Autonomic Nervous System, i.e. your stress response. I do this via Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Pre & Perinatal therapy and Yoga & Meditation classes. Our stress response kicks in before we can think. Let me explain to you how it works like you have never heard it before and give you ways to down regulate yourself out of a stress response.

ABOUT JENNIFER SONG

I started my personal healing journey at the age of 21. That took me on many adventures as I sought to understand myself and heal personal traumas. Trauma can push you out of your body and to heal we need gentle and caring embodiment tools. All the services I offer point to learning to love and care of our temples that we have been given this lifetime (our bodies). I offer Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Shiatsu, Reik, Yoga & Meditation.
