Info: We begin the retreat with a powerful time of worship, inviting the presence of God to fill the room and our hearts. This is the moment to center ourselves on the theme of the day—releasing our fears into the hands of a loving, known God. Through song, we will acknowledge His presence and declare our trust in His perfect love that casts out all fear. Worship prepares us to receive from God and to be open to His transformative work.

Info: In this session, we’ll dive into the retreat's theme, "Releasing Our Unknown Fears to a KNOWN God." We will explore how fear often stems from the unknown, but Jesus, the Light of the world, exposes those fears with His truth. The opening message will challenge each participant to confront the fears that have been hidden in darkness, and how embracing Jesus as the Light will guide them toward freedom. Following the message, participants will engage in journal prompts designed to reflect on their personal fears, identify the lies that sustain them, and begin the process of releasing them to God.

Info: Enjoy a relaxing and nourishing lunch and tea party in a welcoming atmosphere. This is an opportunity for fellowship, sharing insights, and connecting with other participants in a meaningful way. As you enjoy the meal, take a moment to reflect on the morning’s message and how God is already moving in your heart. This is also a chance to continue conversations sparked by the morning session in a more casual, relaxed setting.

Info: During this creative time, we’ll engage in a painting project that allows participants to visually express their journey of releasing fears and embracing God's light. The painting will symbolize the transition from fear and darkness to peace and clarity in Christ. Guided prompts will encourage you to reflect on the theme as you create, and this hands-on activity will deepen your personal connection to the message of the retreat. Whether you are an experienced artist or a beginner, this time will be a freeing experience as you reflect and release.

Info: This closing session will invite participants to step out in faith and activate the work God has done during the retreat. Through prayer and declaration, we will release our fears to God, declaring our trust in His promises. Women will be invited to share their testimonies of how God has already begun to move, heal, and deliver them in the face of their fears. This powerful time of sharing will build a sense of community and encourage everyone to embrace the truth that "Life begins with Jesus," and in Him, we are no longer slaves to fear.
