Ladies 18 and older- Join our Ladies Adventure Group on Tuesday, December 16th, from 6:00–7:30 PM for a peaceful evening of relaxation and renewal. Surrounded by nature, we’ll unwind to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion during a restorative sound bath experience. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and an open heart as we reflect on the past year and welcome the calm of winter together. For those unable to sit on the ground, six anti-gravity chairs will be available.This event is led by Michelle from Energy & Sound Sessions at A Paw Above LLC.
Cost: $15 per person. Space is limited to 25 participants, and registration is required, so early registration is encouraged.
Please check with your physician before attending if you have any metal or implants.
Arrive between 5:45–6:00 PM to get comfortable—our session will begin promptly at 6:15 PM and conclude at 7:30 PM.
This event will be held indoors on the 3rd floor of Starr’s Cave Nature Center. An elevator is available.
